□ विकल्प A (35%): मैं जॉइनिंग के 10 दिनों के भीतर अपनी सैलरी के अनुसार 35% राशि सीधे BIGMAN Enterprises को अदा करूँगा/करूँगी। इसके बाद मुझसे कोई अतिरिक्त भुगतान नहीं लिया जाएगा।
□ Option A (35%): I will pay 35% as per salary, within 10 days of joining directly to BIGMAN Enterprises. No further dues will be payable.
□ विकल्प B (50%): मैं BIGMAN Enterprises के मानक नियमों के अनुसार पहले महीने की सैलरी का 50% भुगतान करूँगा/करूँगी। मैं अपने नियोक्ता/कंपनी को यह अनुमति देता/देती हूँ कि वे यह राशि मेरी सैलरी से काटकर सीधे BIGMAN Enterprises को प्रदान करें।
□ Option B (50%): I will pay 50% of my first-month salary as per BIGMAN Enterprises’ standard rule. I allow my employer/company to deduct this amount from my salary and pay it to BIGMAN Enterprises.
मैं समय पर सभी भुगतान करने के लिए सहमत हूँ। यदि मैं भुगतान करने में असफल रहता/रहती हूँ, तो BIGMAN Enterprises को कानूनी कार्रवाई करने अथवा अपनी इच्छा अनुसार मेरे नियोक्ता/कंपनी को सूचित करने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा।
I also agree to pay all dues on time. If I fail to pay, BIGMAN Enterprises has the right to take legal action or inform my employer/company as they see fit.
1. यदि मैं उसी कंपनी में 3 महीनों के भीतर जॉइन करता/करती हूँ, तो मुझे निर्धारित शुल्क BIGMAN Enterprises को देना अनिवार्य होगा।
1. If I join the same company within 3 months, I will pay the required fee to BIGMAN Enterprises.
2. यदि मैं जॉइनिंग के 7 दिनों के भीतर नौकरी छोड़ता/छोड़ती हूँ, तो मैं इसकी सूचना BIGMAN Enterprises को दूँगा/दूँगी। ऐसा न करने की स्थिति में मुझे ₹2000 की कंसेशन फीस देनी होगी।
2. If I leave the job within 7 days of joining, I will inform BIGMAN Enterprises. If I fail to do so, I will pay a ₹2000 concession fee.
3. यदि मुझे इंटरव्यू में रिजेक्ट कर दिया जाता है या मैं उस नौकरी में इच्छुक नहीं हूँ, तो मैं 3 महीनों तक BIGMAN Enterprises को सूचित किए बिना उसी कंपनी में पुनः इंटरव्यू नहीं दूँगा/दूँगी। ऐसा करने पर मुझ पर बकाया शुल्क देय होगा।
3. If I am rejected or not interested after an interview, I will not attend the same company again for 3 months without informing BIGMAN Enterprises. If I do so, I will be liable to pay the due fees.
4. भुगतान में देरी होने पर 18% अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगाया जाएगा। इसके बावजूद भुगतान न होने की स्थिति में BIGMAN Enterprises को मेरी कीमती वस्तुओं से राशि वसूलने का अधिकार होगा।
4. If I delay payment, 18% extra charges will apply. If still unpaid, BIGMAN Enterprises has the right to recover the amount through my valuable belongings.
5. BIGMAN Enterprises को किया गया कोई भी भुगतान वापस योग्य (Non-Refundable) नहीं होगा।
5. Any fee paid to BIGMAN Enterprises is non-refundable.
6. BIGMAN Enterprises केवल नौकरी ढूँढने में सहायता करता है। वे किसी भी नौकरी की गारंटी नहीं देते।
6. BIGMAN Enterprises only helps in job search. They are not responsible for providing or guaranteeing any job.
7. इन नियमों को स्वीकार करने से मुझे किसी भी प्रकार की नौकरी की गारंटी प्राप्त नहीं होती।
7. Accepting these terms does not guarantee any job.
8. मैं अपनी सैलरी क्रेडिट की तारीख पहले से BIGMAN Enterprises को सूचित करूँगा/करूँगी, ताकि वे समय पर शुल्क एकत्र कर सकें।
8. I will inform BIGMAN Enterprises about my salary credit date in advance so that they can collect the fee on time.
9. यह समझौता BIGMAN Enterprises द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई सभी नौकरियों एवं अवसरों पर लागू होगा।
9. This agreement applies to all jobs and openings provided by BIGMAN Enterprises.
10. यदि कोई उम्मीदवार बिना नोटिस पीरियड पूरा किए या कंपनी को पूर्व सूचना दिए बिना नौकरी छोड़ता है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में वेतन दिलवाना हमारी जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी। यह पूर्णतः कंपनी की नीतियों पर निर्भर करेगा।
10. If a candidate leaves the job without serving the notice period or without informing the company in advance, we are not responsible for recovering their salary. The final decision in such cases depends entirely on the company’s policies.
मैं यह घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे विरुद्ध भारत या विदेश में किसी भी कंपनी, फर्म या संगठन में कोई भी आपराधिक, दीवानी या पुलिस मामला कभी दर्ज नहीं हुआ है। मैंने उपरोक्त सभी नियम एवं शर्तें ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ ली हैं और उन्हें बिना किसी शर्त के स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ। हस्ताक्षर करने के माध्यम से मैं यह प्रमाणित करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा दी गई सभी जानकारी मेरी जानकारी के अनुसार पूर्णतः सत्य है।
